Yalla-y-poora Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a 10 litre cask. This estate blend is made mainly from Frantoio, Pendolino, Picholine and Koroneiki olives grown at Yalla-y-poora Grove in Victoria. The grower describes a fresh grassy aroma, a nutty flavour, light bitterness and a slightly peppery finish.
Demeter certified biodynamic. Olives are harvested from April to June and cold extracted on site on the day they are picked.
