Chooks At The Rooke is a PROOF Certified pasture-raised farm located in Cororooke, southwest Victoria. Owners Xav Prime and Kimberley Burridge, together with a small team, produce premium pastured eggs built on animal welfare, sustainable farming and strong personal ethics.

Their hens live outdoors on real pasture every day, not inside sheds with occasional access to doors. With a genuine low stocking density of 190 hens per hectare (compared to up to 10,000 hens/ha in many supermarket “free range” systems), the birds have space to roam, forage, dust-bathe, perch, explore and behave naturally. These standards are independently audited — just look for the PROOF “Pasture Raised” certification symbol on the carton.

Delivery Information

Order cut-off: Sunday 5pm for delivery Tuesday–Thursday. In rare cases delivery may roll into the next week depending on schedule — you’ll be notified if so. A live delivery calendar is being introduced for 2026 to make planning easier.
