Through sprouting and crafting a mixture of six grains, seeds and legumes we present our Ezekiel loaf, adapted from the Holy Bible scripture verse Ezekiel 4:9. It provides nutritional benefits rarely seen in breads, including a complete protein that closely parallels the protein found in dairy and egg products. The heavenly delicious and nutty flavour will keep you coming back for more.
