You'll receive one pack of pork mince, approx 500g. Vacuum sealed, with a shelf life of about 10 days from packing.
Certified organic pork, free of additives, water injections, hormones and antibiotics. Hung on the bone (dry aged) for depth of flavour, from pigs raised slowly on a certified organic farm where they forage for grass and certified organic grains.
