Mince Details
You will receive one pack of pork mince weighing approximately 500 gm. The mince will be vacuum sealed to ensure a shelf life of 10 days from the day it is packaged.
Our certified organic pigs are:

- Hung on the bone (dry aged), further contributing to its depth of flavour.
- Raised slowly and naturally with care.
