Lamb, Honey & Rosemary Sausage Details
Handmade, gluten free and preservative free, with certified organic ingredients. The natural casings (pork intestine) are the only non-organic ingredient, as certified organic casings aren't available in Australia. Rice flour is used where available, otherwise certified organic buckwheat flour. Delivered in a biodegradable tray; with no preservatives, shelf life is 5 days from the day they're made. You'll receive 3 sausages, approx 450g (photos may show smaller sausages).

Ingredients
Organic lamb, honey, dried rosemary, rice/buckwheat flour, egg, sweet paprika, sweet curry, sea salt, mixed herbs and natural casings.

Cooking
Barbecue, grill, pan-fry or oven roast. Cook them slowly: about 20 minutes in a 160°C oven works well, and high heat will burst the skins. To reduce the fat, simmer or poach for about 20 minutes before cooking.
