Roast Details

Trimmed of all fat and typically cut from the eye loin this is a lean, tender choice of roast beef. It weighs approximately 1 kg  and will be delivered to you fresh not frozen, vacuum sealed to ensure a shelf life of 14 days from the day it is packaged.
