Scotch Fillet Steak Details
Cut from the rib section and sometimes called boneless rib eye, scotch fillet is tender and juicy, with plenty of flavour from its marbling. You'll receive one steak, approx 300g. Vacuum sealed, with a shelf life of about 14 days from packing.
Certified organic beef from a regenerative farm in Victoria: ethically raised, 100% grass fed for life and slowly grown to natural maturity. Hung on the bone for depth of flavour.
