Eye Fillet Steak Details
A premium steak cut from the tenderloin, a muscle that does little work, which is what makes it so tender. Lean, with a mild flavour. You'll receive two steaks, approx 250g in total. Vacuum sealed, with a shelf life of about 14 days from packing.
Certified organic beef from a regenerative farm in Victoria: ethically raised, 100% grass fed for life and slowly grown to natural maturity. Hung on the bone for depth of flavour.
