Mount Zero Pink Lake Salt in a coarse grind, in a 5kg bulk pack. The salt comes from a large pink salt lake in Western Victoria, about 50km from the Mount Zero olive grove. The lake is fed by natural salt aquifers and dries each summer to leave a bed of salmon pink salt.
Mount Zero hand harvests a small amount each year together with the lake's traditional owners, the Barengi Gadjin Land Council. It has a rounded flavour. This salt is not certified organic.
