Rolled Pork Shoulder Details
A versatile cut that's best cooked low and slow for tender meat. You'll receive one rolled pork shoulder, approx 1kg. Vacuum sealed, with a shelf life of about 5 to 7 days from packing.
Certified organic pork, free of additives, water injections, hormones and antibiotics. Hung on the bone (dry aged) for depth of flavour, from pigs raised slowly on a certified organic farm where they forage for grass and certified organic grains.
