You'll receive 3 sausages, approx 450g in total (photos may show smaller sausages). With no preservatives, shelf life is 5 days from packing.

Certified organic chicken, certified free range by Free Range Egg and Poultry Australia. Raised slowly on a certified organic farm where the birds forage for grass and certified organic grains, free from chemical pesticides, growth promotants, herbicides, antibiotics and genetic modification.

Ingredients
Certified organic chicken, parsley, egg, sweet curry powder, garlic, sea salt, mixed herbs, black pepper, natural skins.

Cooking
Barbecue, grill, pan-fry or oven roast. Cook them slowly: about 20 minutes in a 160°C oven works well, and high heat will burst the skins. To reduce the fat, simmer or poach for about 20 minutes before cooking.
