How to Cook It
Use 1 cup of rice to 1½ cups of water. Bring to a gentle simmer with the lid off, then turn the heat to low, cover, and cook for 13 minutes without lifting the lid. Rest for 10 minutes off the heat with the lid on, then fluff with a fork.
